We are currently looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Truly Talented team.

What we offer

  • full-time contract (40hrs per week)
Your role

You will work closely with the food and beverage leadership team in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the Hotel and the satisfaction of guests.

Responsibilities of Food and Beverage Supervisor will include but are not limited to :

  • You will be expected to deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence. You will be required to play a vital role in leading and developing the team;
  • Supervising, encouraging and developing the food and beverage team;
  • To ensure all service standards are maintained throughout the breakfast operation;
  • Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times;
  • Ensuring that all guests' orders are taken and executed in a timely manner;
  • Having good knowledge of the food and beverage menu;
  • Responding to guests' queries on the menu selection;
