Were looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Food& Beverage Manager to set standards, shape a high-end catering offer andestablish a consistent brand experience for our patients, visitors and staff.This is an exciting opportunity to lead our new cafe and oversee both front-and back-of-house operations, helping to elevate our service across bothhospice sites.

Main duties of the job

Therole oversees menu development, team leadership, and service standards toensure consistency and excellence in every interaction. Working collaborativelywith clinical teams, facilities, and event coordinators, the Food and BeverageManager ensures compliance with food safety standards and health and safetylegislation, manages budgets and resources effectively, and drives continuousimprovement to create a distinctive, high-quality experience for all who usethe service.

  • Lead and supportthe catering and reception teams, ensuring effective staffing and high servicestandards.

  • Catering qualification from a recognised provider, or sufficient experience demonstrating equivalent competencies
Experience

  • Experience using electronic systems for data management and reporting
