• Lead & inspire – guide a team of bartenders to deliver cocktails that wow and service that shines.
• Craft iconic moments – curate signature drinks and ensure every pour meets W's luxury standards.
• Keep it fresh – manage garnishes, glassware, and stock so the bar is always ready for its close‑up.
• Own the numbers – handle payments, balance the bank, and keep reports tight and accurate.
• Secure the goods – lock down liquor, wine, and all bar assets like a pro.
• Stay sleek & safe – uphold safety, security, and style standards – because looking sharp is part of the job.
• Be the vibe curator – anticipate guest needs, deliver Whatever Whenever service, and serve with personality.
• Close with confidence – complete end‑of‑shift duties and ensure the bar is prepped for tomorrow's magic.
