What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help Run the Kitchen:Take the reins in the Kitchen Managers absense, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from prep to plating. You’ll be the go-to person for all things food-related.
• Lead by Example:Inspire and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring they’re motivated, well-trained, and delivering consistently high standards.
• Help Maintain Quality:Ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen meets GBK’s high standards for taste, presentation, and quality. You’ll be the guardian of our famous burgers!
• Help Manage Stock & Orders:Keep the kitchen stocked with the freshest ingredients, manage orders, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
• Ensure Safety & Cleanliness:Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety, making sure everything is spick and span and in line with health regulations.
