Job summary

The Amble Inn, part of Inn Collection Group, is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to ensure warm, memorable guest experiences from start to finish. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager to lead the front-of-house team, oversee service, and resolve challenges to keep operations running smoothly.

We value hospitality, enthusiasm, and leadership to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while supporting a thriving team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and oversee front-of-house service.
• Support the Assistant Manager and guide the team to maintain a warm, memorable guest experience.
• Resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
