Job summary

The Temperance Inn in Ambleside is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead guest services with warmth and professionalism. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager to guide the team, maintain a lively atmosphere, and ensure memorable visits for guests at our Lake District inn.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing enthusiasm and leadership to greet guests, oversee service, and resolve challenges to keep operations smooth and guests delighted.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house roles or supervisory responsibilities is preferred.
• Strong guest-service orientation and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to guide and support a team in a fast-paced setting.
