Job summary

The Wordsworth Inn in Grasmere is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our new opening team. You will greet guests, oversee service, and help lead a warm, efficient front-of-house operation in a busy food-led inn.

Working closely with the Assistant Manager, you’ll ensure memorable guest experiences, maintain high service standards, and foster a positive team atmosphere in a fast-paced environment. Passion for hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a small front-of-house team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage smooth seating and service.
• Oversee service standards and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Support the Assistant Manager in leading the team and daily operations.
