Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is recruiting for a Front of House Supervisor at The Temperance Inn in Ambleside. You will greet guests, oversee service, and help create a warm, memorable experience while supporting the Front-of-House team and working closely with the Assistant Manager.

We value enthusiasm, professionalism and leadership, ensuring a vibrant, guest-focused atmosphere in a lively lakeside pub with rooms.

Qualifications

• Front of House Supervisor role requires warmly welcoming guests and guiding service teams.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to lead a busy team in a pub-with-rooms environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and overseeing service to ensure a warm, memorable experience.
• Step in to resolve challenges and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
• Provide leadership and support to the front-of-house team in coordination with the Assistant Manager.
