Job summary

The Temperance Inn in Ambleside is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to greet guests, oversee service, and help resolve challenges with the Assistant Manager. You will lead a friendly, fast-paced team to deliver warm, memorable experiences in our welcoming pub setting.

This role sits within Inn Collection Group’s lakeside venues, offering training through our Lead-Inn program and a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, particularly front-of-house operations.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to lead a small team and support a manager.
• Calm under pressure with a solutions-focused approach.
