Confidential, a leading insurance business in Bolton, is hiring an FNOL Motor Claims Handler. You will handle First Notification of Loss motor claims by telephone, manage a varied caseload and ensure timely updates to policyholders and brokers.

This role runs Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with a range of benefits and development opportunities. Salary up to £28,000 DOE; on-site parking available in Bolton.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in FNOL motor claims handling.
• Experience handling claims via telephone with strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Handle First Notification of Loss Motor Claims.
• Manage a varied caseload of FNOL claims via telephones.
• Prioritise FNOL call load and manage customer expectations.
• Act as point of contact for policyholders and brokers.
• Identify and refer fraudulent activity and underwriting concerns.
• Deliver outstanding service to all parties involved.
• Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines.
