MPL Claims Management Ltd in Colchester is seeking an FNOL Motor Claims Handler. Start your career in insurance by supporting customers across motor, property and liability claims.

As the first contact when a claim is reported, you will help customers through stressful situations with empathy and clarity. With a collaborative team, you'll learn to manage claims using our case management system, handle calls, triage inboxes, and keep policyholders informed throughout the lifecycle.

About the Role

An Exciting Entry into the World of Insurance

Start building your career in the insurance industry as an FNOL (First Notification of Loss) Claims Handler, supporting customers across Motor, Property and Liability claims.

As the first point of contact when a claim is reported, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers through what can often be a stressful experience. You’ll develop the skills and confidence to manage claims with empathy, professionalism and clarity, while gaining valuable insight into the wider world of insurance claims.
