Qualifications

  • Experience in an FM Coordinator, Contract Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of hard FM and PPM scheduling.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable on the phone and via email.
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.
  • Organised, calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and managing PPM and reactive maintenance works.
  • Coordinating in-house engineers and external subcontractors.
  • Ensuring jobs are booked, attended and closed correctly on CAFM systems.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, engineers, and suppliers.
  • Handling queries, chasing progress, and managing escalations or complaints.
  • Supporting junior coordinators and helping maintain consistent service standards.
  • Updating compliance records, job statuses and performance data.
  • Assisting with SLA, KPI and service delivery reporting.

We're recruiting an experienced FM Coordinator to join a busy facilities management team. This role focuses on the day to day coordination of hard FM contracts, ensuring planned and reactive works are delivered efficiently across multiple sites.

This is a coordination and contract support role rather than a hands-on technical position.

The role:
  • Scheduling and managing PPM and reactive maintenance works
  • Coordinating in-house engineers and external subcontractors

Hours:

Monday to Friday

8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
