Join Tascor as a Facilities Management Contract Manager and take the lead in managing complex FM & PFI contracts that keep critical services running smoothly.

This role is based at our office in Gloucester.

What you'll be doing
  • oversee the delivery and performance of the members of staff that make up your Capita FM Team
  • manage stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and partners
  • monitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasts to ensure cost efficiency
  • contribute to contract reviews, audits, and reporting to maintain compliance and transparency
  • identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect service continuity
  • drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
