Job description

My client based in the Tewkesbury area is looking to recruit an FLT Counterbalance on a temp to perm contract.

The role will require you to work 5 days out of 7, based on 37.5 hours per week with shifts starting at various times including 0400, 0500, 0600, 0700, 0800, 0900.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance FLT in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist with order picking and stock rotation.
• Observe Health and Safety at all times.
• Support colleagues across the warehouse and production teams.

• Previous experience in a chilled warehouse environment is preferred.
• Your own transport is essential to get to the site for early morning shifts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.

Starting pay‑rate is £13.17, increasing to £13.53 with training.
