The Best Connection Group Ltd is seeking an FLT Reach or Counterbalance Driver for an ongoing temp to perm role in England. The fixed shift is 14:00-22:00, Monday to Friday, with duties including safe forklift operation, goods handling, order picking, stock rotation, and inventory checks.

You will complete daily equipment checks and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting daily targets. Weekly pay and inclusion of statutory leave are provided.

• Load, unload, move and stack goods in warehouse.
• Carry out stock checks and inventory control activities.
• Maintain clean and safe work area in line with health and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Operate Reach or Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations.
• Load, unload, move, and stack goods within the warehouse or storage facility.
• Pick and put away pallets accurately, ensuring correct stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO as required).
• Carry out general warehouse duties including goods in, goods out, and order picking.
• Complete daily equipment checks and report any faults or damages to supervisors immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, complying with all health and safety standards.
• Assist with stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory control activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when handling and recording stock movements.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Pay Rates for FLT :

• £13.99 per hour
• £20.98 per hour Saturday
• £27.98 per hour Sunday
