Job summary

The Best Connection are seeking experienced FLT Drivers for a busy logistics operation in Kettering. This temp-to-perm role offers ongoing work at £14.00 per hour and site-based shifts.

You will operate Reach and Counterbalance FLTs, load/unload vehicles, move stock, and maintain a safe warehouse. A valid FLT certificate is required and permanent placement is available.

Qualifications

• A valid Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLT certificate is required.
• Experience operating FLTs in a busy warehouse environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLTs safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles and move stock within the warehouse.
• Maintain a safe, tidy working environment and follow health & safety procedures.
• Work to targets and adhere to company policies.

LOCATION - Kettering

£14.00 per hour, Morning or Afternoon Shift's Available

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Driver's to work for a busy and well-established logistics operation based in Kettering. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity, offering ongoing work, competitive pay and excellent long-term prospects.

About the Role

• Operating Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLT's safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Moving and replenishing stock within the warehouse.
• General warehouse duties as required.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
• Working to targets and following health and safety procedures.
• A valid Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLT certificate is required.

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday Rotational Shifts
• Working Hours available are:
• 0600 - 1430
• 1400 - 2230

Pay

• £14.00 per hour
• All hours are paid at a flat rate.
