Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is currently seeking an FLT Driver for a temp-to-perm role in Kettering. You will operate Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLTs, load/unload vehicles, and manage stock movements within a warehouse setting.

Shifts run Monday to Friday with morning or afternoon options and a clear pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLT certificate is required.
• Experience operating Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLTs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Move and replenish stock within the warehouse.
• Perform general warehouse duties as required.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
• Work to targets and follow health and safety procedures.

About the Role

FLT Driver - Main duties and requirements are:

• Operating Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLT's safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Moving and replenishing stock within the warehouse.
• General warehouse duties as required.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
• Working to targets and following health and safety procedures.
• A valid Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLT certificate is required.

Monday - Friday Rotational Shifts

Working Hours available are:

• 0600 - 1430
• 1400 - 2230

Pay

£14.00 per hour

All hours are paid at a flat rate.
