Job summary

The Best Connection Group Ltd is seeking a motivated FLT Reach Driver to join our Warwickshire Coleshill team on a temporary assignment.

You will operate Reach forklifts, load/unload goods, pick and place pallets, and perform stock checks while maintaining high safety standards. The role offers weekly pay and pension contributions, with online payslips and pro-rata annual leave for PAYE staff.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Reach forklift trucks.
• Ability to load/unload, move, and stack goods safely.
• Experience with stock checks and inventory control.
• Familiar with FIFO/LIFO stock rotation.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Forklift safely per procedures.
• Load, unload, move, and stack goods.
• Pick and put away pallets with accuracy.
• Carry out goods in/out and order picking.
• Report faults and damages to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Assist with stock counts and cycle counts.
• Meet daily operational targets.

Job description

• Operate Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations.
• Load, unload, move, and stack goods within the warehouse or storage facility.
• Pick and put away pallets accurately, ensuring correct stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO as required).
• Carry out general warehouse duties including goods in, goods out, and order picking.
• Complete daily equipment checks and report any faults or damages to supervisors immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with all health and safety standards.
• Assist with stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory control activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when handling and recording stock movements.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Pay Rates for FLT Reach:

• £15.75 per hour
