Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a FLT Reach and Counterbalance Driver for an ongoing temp-to-perm role with a fixed 14:00-22:00 shift, Monday to Friday. You will operate forklift trucks safely, load and unload goods, and support warehouse operations in Coleshill.

This position offers weekly pay, online payslips, pension contributions, and pro-rata annual leave. The role is based in the United Kingdom, with an ongoing temporary assignment and opportunities to transition to permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations.
• Load, unload, move, and stack goods within the warehouse or storage facility.
• Pick and put away pallets accurately, ensuring correct stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO as required).
• Carry out general warehouse duties including goods in, goods out, and order picking.
• Complete daily equipment checks and report any faults or damages to supervisors immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, complying with all health and safety standards.
• Assist with stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory control activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when handling and recording stock movements.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Pay Rates for FLT Reach:

• £13.99 per hour
• £20.98 per hour Saturday
• £27.98 per hour Sunday
