The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking a reliable Counterbalance FLT Driver for our Gloucester area operations within a manufacturing environment. A valid Counterbalance FLT Licence is essential to operate the forklift and move stock around the warehouse.

Shifts run Monday to Friday with weekly rotating times; overtime is available based on production needs. We offer weekly pay, 28 days annual leave pro-rata, pension contributions, and online payslips as part of our benefits package.

Formación

• Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence is essential.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Physically able to perform repetitive tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Move stock around the warehouse.
• Carry out general warehouse duties as required.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Liaise with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.

Pay Rates:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• General warehouse duties as required
• Keeping the warehouse areas clean, tidy, and organised
• Liaising with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit for repetitive tasks and standing

Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday

Weekly rotating shifts

Week 1 - 6am-2:10pm

Week 2 - 3:20pm-11:30pm

• Overtime is available based on production requirements
