Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting for a FLT Reach or Counterbalance Driver in Coleshill, UK. The role operates on a fixed 14:00-22:00 schedule, Monday to Friday, with a temp-to-perm pathway. You will load/unload, move and stack goods, and perform stock checks while maintaining safety standards.

Weekly pay applies, with additional shifts on weekends at enhanced rates. This is an ongoing temporary assignment transitioning to permanent depending on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• ,Operate Reach or Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and stack goods within the warehouse.
• Pick and put away pallets accurately, ensuring correct stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO as required).
• Carry out general warehouse duties including goods in, goods out, and order picking.
• Complete daily equipment checks and report any faults or damages to supervisors immediately.

FLT Reach or Counterbalance Driver ongoing temp to perm position - fixed 14:00-22:00 Monday-Friday

• Operate Reach or Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations.
• Load, unload, move, and stack goods within the warehouse or storage facility.
• Pick and put away pallets accurately, ensuring correct stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO as required).
• Carry out general warehouse duties including goods in, goods out, and order picking.
• Complete daily equipment checks and report any faults or damages to supervisors immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, complying with all health and safety standards.
• Assist with stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory control activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when handling and recording stock movements.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Pay Rates for FLT :

• £13.99 per hour
• £20.98 per hour Saturday
• £27.98 per hour Sunday
