Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting reliable FLT Counterbalance Drivers to support operations in a Gloucester area manufacturing environment. The role involves safely operating a Counterbalance forklift, moving stock, and performing general warehouse duties.

Weekly pay, 28 days paid annual leave (pro-rata for PAYE), pension, online payslips, and flexible shift patterns are offered. Overtime is available based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Counterbalance forklift is preferred.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Physical fitness for repetitive tasks and standing.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Move stock around the warehouse and perform general duties.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, tidy and organised; liaise with staff.

The Best Connection is recruiting reliable and dedicated FLT Counterbalance Drivers in the Gloucester area to support operations within a Manufacturing Company.

Pay Rates:

£12.71 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• General warehouse duties as required
• Keeping the warehouse areas clean, tidy, and organised
• Liaising with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit for repetitive tasks and standing

Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday

Weekly rotating shifts

• Week 1 - 6am-2:10pm
• Week 2 - 3:20pm-11:30pm

Overtime is available based on production requirements
