Role Summary: We are looking for a candidate to join the Workplace Technology Engineering Collaboration team. We require a senior systems engineer with extensive experience in similar roles within large‑scale, complex, global organisations. The candidate should be proficient in technology strategy and roadmap planning, technology engineering, technology lifecycle planning and delivery, product selection (including business case planning), and technical project delivery (from initial conception through to transition into production). • Domain Admin / Identity management experience at a large, complex global enterprise.
• Expert‑level knowledge of Power Platform and related technologies.
• Solid experience with SharePoint.
• Deep understanding of data technologies, both on‑premises and cloud.
• Deep understanding of data security, data archiving, data retention, and data backup/recovery.
• Exposure to VMWare and Azure virtual platform technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Windows security and auditing, and up‑to‑date knowledge of Microsoft best practices around security practices and technologies.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills focused on automation in the Windows infrastructure/platform space.
• Good understanding of networking and firewall concepts.

Finance & Commercials

• Understand and initiate proof of concepts and pilot activities.
