Job summary

B&M Retail on Durham Road is looking for a hands-on Floor Manager to lead the shop floor in a fast-paced environment. This permanent, full-time role puts you at the heart of the store, empowering you to drive performance, lead your team and deliver a standout customer experience across days, evenings and weekends.

You'll take ownership of standards, coach staff, monitor KPIs and stay ahead of the day’s pace, ensuring merchandising excellence and strong store results.
