Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Floor Manager for our Durham Road store. This permanent, full-time role puts you at the heart of a fast-paced retail environment where you’ll own the shop floor, drive performance and lead your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll work across days, evenings and weekends as part of the store management team, with hands-on leadership and a strong focus on merchandising standards, KPIs and customer satisfaction.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You'll take ownership of the shop floor, driving performance, supporting your team, and delivering a great customer experience every day.

It's a permanent, full-time role, and as part of the store management team, will require flexibility required across days, evenings, and weekends.
