Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Bristol is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the shop floor with energy and a hands-on approach. You’ll own daily operations, drive standards, and ensure a great customer experience.

As part of the store management team, you’ll coach colleagues, optimise performance against KPIs, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment across days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to motivate and coach others to perform.
• Strong focus on customer experience and store standards.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where no two days are the same. You’ll take ownership of the shop floor, driving performance, supporting your team, and delivering a great customer experience every day.

It’s a permanent, full‑time role, and as part of the store management team, will require flexibility required across days, evenings, and weekends.

• Drive sales and KPIs, spotting opportunities to improve performance
• Stay one step ahead, plan, adapt and react to the pace of the day
