Job summary

B&M Retail in Stourport-on-Severn is looking for a Floor Manager to run the shop floor in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment. This is a permanent, full-time role that will require flexibility across days, evenings and weekends.

As part of the store management team, you’ll motivate and coach your colleagues, drive sales and KPIs, and ensure merchandising standards are always maintained. This is a hands-on leadership role with real opportunities to progress.
