Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Bristol's Cribbs Causeway store is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the shop floor, drive performance and deliver a great customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

This permanent, full-time role sits within the store management team and requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends. You’ll coach your team, accelerate sales and maintain high merchandising standards to keep customers coming back.
