Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Braintree invites a hands-on Floor Manager to lead the shop floor and deliver outstanding customer experiences. The role is permanent, full-time, with flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends.

You will take charge of daily operations, coach your team, drive KPIs, and ensure high standards in merchandising and service. This is a fast-paced retail leadership opportunity with real scope to grow.
