Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Floor Manager for our Braintree store to lead the shop floor with energy and a customer‑first mindset.

You will own daily operations, coach and motivate the team, and work across days, evenings and weekends to deliver strong performance and a great shopping experience.

It’s a permanent, full‑time role, and as part of the store management team, will require flexibility required across days, evenings, and weekends.
