B&M Retail in Beaumont Leys, Leicester is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the shop floor in a fast-paced environment. You will own the floor operations, drive performance, support your team, and deliver an excellent customer experience every day.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends as part of the store management team. You will help the team grow through coaching and hands-on leadership.
