Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Floor Manager for our new Carmarthenshire store to lead the shop floor and deliver an outstanding customer experience every day. This permanent, full-time position is a hands-on leadership role requiring flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends.

You will take ownership of customer service, merchandising standards, and team performance, coaching and developing colleagues to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
