Job summary

B&M Retail in Belfast is seeking a Floor Manager to run the shop floor with pace and energy. You’ll own the day-to-day operations, drive performance, support your team, and ensure a great customer experience every day.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends, and offers real opportunities to lead, coach and develop colleagues while delivering strong store standards and results.
