Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Chorley is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the shop floor in a fast-paced retail environment and drive performance, coaching your team to deliver excellent customer experiences. This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends to keep standards and sales on track.

You will own the shop floor, motivate staff, and respond quickly to changing daily demands while maintaining high merchandising and service quality.
