Job summary

B&M Retail is hiring a Floor Manager for our Wolstanton store. You’ll be responsible for leading a fast-paced shop floor, driving performance, coaching your team and delivering excellent customer experiences.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends, with a hands-on approach to maintaining high standards and achieving store KPIs. Join a bustling retailer with real progression opportunities.
