Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Coventry is seeking a hands-on Floor Manager for our Cathedral Lanes store. You will own the shop floor, lead a team through busy periods and ensure a great customer experience.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends. You’ll drive sales, monitor KPIs, coach colleagues and uphold high merchandising standards to support rapid store performance.
