Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Wolstanton, Newcastle-under-Lyme, is seeking a hands-on Floor Manager to lead the shop floor with energy. This permanent, full-time role requires you to take ownership, drive performance, support your team and deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.

You'll manage days, evenings and weekends, motivate and coach staff, maintain high merchandising standards and push sales and KPIs.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where no two days are the same. You’ll take ownership of the shop floor, driving performance, supporting your team, and delivering a great customer experience every day.
