Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a Floor Manager in the UK to lead shifts, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold high standards of service and operational excellence. The role includes acting as Manager on Duty when needed and supporting team development and performance through coaching and clear communication.

We offer a package of up to £16.51 per hour including a Tip Jar, with opportunities for progression within a fast-growing Southern-style Smokehouse group.

This role focuses on setting the standard on shift, supporting team development, and driving performance through effective communication, coaching, and decision-making. The Floor Manager at Hickory's Smokehouse acts as Manager on Duty when required and plays a key role in maintaining people standards, guest experience, and restaurant results.
