Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a Senior Shift Leader to head shifts, maintain high guest experience, and ensure smooth operational execution. You will set shift standards, support team development and drive performance with clear communication and coaching.

As Manager on Duty when required, you will uphold people standards and restaurant results, helping the team grow within a fast-growing Southern-style Smokehouse group in the UK.

Responsibilities
