Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking an Assistant General Manager to inspire a team of 80+ and deliver an authentic BBQ experience. You will work with the General Manager to uphold culture, standards and guest-led service in a busy restaurant.

The role offers a generous package up to £47,000 per year including a Tip Jar, with opportunities for training and progression within a fast-growing hospitality group.
