Hickory's Smokehouse in the UK is hiring a Floor Manager to lead shifts, drive guest experience and oversee on‑duty operations. You will set the standard on shift, coach team members and ensure strong execution across service, quality and guest satisfaction.

We offer a competitive package of up to £16.51 per hour including Tip Jar, plus growth opportunities at a rapidly expanding Southern‑style Smokehouse group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
