Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a Deputy Manager to become Head of Department, responsible for either the Bar, Restaurant or Team. You will uphold our culture and standards and lead the team to deliver an authentic fresh-food BBQ menu in one of the busiest restaurants in town.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a department in a busy hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to inspire and manage a team to deliver high standards.
• Strong guest service and operational knowledge in a BBQ/fresh-food concept.
