Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse in Wilmslow is seeking a Senior Shift Leader to guide shifts, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold operational excellence. You will lead by example, coaching the team and ensuring strong service standards across the restaurant.

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality.

• Lead shifts and manage on-duty operations to deliver excellent guest experience.
• Support management team with people development and performance delivery.
• Ensure high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and restaurant performance.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required and uphold Hickory's standards.
