Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse in Chester is seeking an Assistant General Manager to inspire a team of 80+ and uphold our guest-led standards. You will work with the General Manager to drive culture, lead operations and maintain standards in one of the town's busiest restaurants.

We offer a generous package up to £47,000 per year including a tip jar, plus development through the Hickory’s Training Academy and a culture that values work-life balance.
