Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is looking for a Floor Manager to lead the shop floor in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will own the store floor, drive performance, coach your team and deliver a superior customer experience every day.

This permanent, full‑time role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends as part of the store management team. You will contribute to high standards and store merchandising while driving sales and KPIs.
