Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Acton is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the shop floor, drive performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends, with a hands-on leadership style and a focus on coaching your team to achieve strong results. You’ll stay customer-focused, keep standards high, and collaborate with colleagues to grow the business.
