Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Floor Manager for the Cribbs Causeway, Bristol store. You will lead daily operations on the shop floor, drive performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

This hands-on leadership role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends within a permanent, full-time position as part of the store management team.
