Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Newtownards is seeking a Key Lead to ensure an exceptional in-store experience.

You will act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and to drive daily sales. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling OMNI Channel orders, building visual displays, analyzing reports, protecting assets, and representing the brand and values on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Take initiative and show confidence.
