Job summary

Reed in Partnership in Norwich is hiring a Test Centre Associate to support the DVSA testing programme. The role focuses on invigilation, candidate check-in, and ensuring test integrity in line with our policies.

You will deliver high-quality customer service to diverse candidates, manage ID checks and test scheduling, and participate in opening/closing procedures. Flexibility for part-time or occasional shifts, including evenings and Saturdays, is essential.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence is desirable.
• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure to short timescales and multi-task.
• Experience working with diverse customer groups.
• Good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Providing a high level of customer service.
• Checking candidates ID documents and booking them in on the system.
• Ensuring the integrity and security of tests are maintained.
• Supervision and invigilation of tests.
• Explaining the test process to candidates and assisting with queries.
• Reviewing tests and test centre schedules.
• Performing daily test centre opening and closing procedures.
• Ensuring the test centre meets candidate needs in line with the Equality Act and diversity inclusion.
• Handling and reporting incidents that could impact candidate testing.
