Job summary

Reed in Partnership in Leicester is seeking a Test Centre Associate to invigilate exams and ensure the secure, efficient delivery of tests for the DVSA programme. The role focuses on high-quality customer service, precise handling of candidate data, and adherence to assessment standards.

You will supervise tests, verify IDs, manage bookings, and respond to candidate queries while following the Equality Act and diversity guidelines.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure to short timescales and multi-tasking to complete a variety of activities
• Experience in working with diverse customer groups
• Flexibility in working hours and days, including evenings and Saturdays
• The candidate should have a full UK driving licence (where required)

• Ensuring the integrity and security of tests are maintained
